They’re just very pleasant every single one of them are welcoming. The front desk person this evening was very kind, patient, and just very courteous. The MA/nurse that brought us back Was Very welcoming and friendly. The PA put the icing on the cake, because she had excellent bedside, manners, courteous, thorough, and a breath of fresh air. They need to mimic what’s going on at this urgent care and make it so that it’s like that on all the other urgent care centers.

I was not satisfied with the initial process, the front desk personnel seem to be more involved more with her cell phone than trying to be more thorough and descriptively helpful with the customers that were presenting themselves. The other staff and Physicians were good, that's why they received three stars.

Didn’t love the check in process but the MA and NP that assisted me were great! I had to get stitches and Alexa (MA) and Great (NP) were so helpful, kind and even funny. They took amazing care of me throughout the process and made sure I was not in pain. Can’t thank them enough!

This is my local location. The post three times I've pre checked in with app. This works perfectly I've walked right in to an exam room. There were no patients in the waiting area the last 2 times there are many many months between these visits. This is where it's goes bad to another level. This last time as well as the one before. I arrived with in a minute. I was escorted to an exam room. Went through the standard triage. Then I sit in this room for 55 min. I had to alert them I was still in there. 5 min later the Dr. Came in now I already knew I had an ear infection in both ears again. Same as the previous visit. It took the Dr 6 min to look in my ears tell me what I already knew. That I needed an oral and an inner ear antibiotic. He returned with my script and papers all in that 6 min.
So I ask why did I need to sit there for an hour. With no other people waiting. Maybe one other in an exam room. This is the norm. I've found with this location. The assistant even asked why It took me so long to come in as I've been in pain for near 3 weeks. This is why. DO BETTER.

From the moment I walked in, a customarily unpleasant, semi-stressful situation was the complete opposite. The process was easy and the people were awesome. The person collecting the information (can't think of the appropriate name) and processing was pleasant, professional and extremely helpful. The wait was a bit longer than I wanted, however the folks who actually saw me, apologized and that process was quick and professional. I even had to call back with a quick question, and he was so very helpful.
This location gets an A+++ The people are amazing, i would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone. As close to perfection as humanly possible. It is so reassuring as our Healthcare system , in particular hospital ERs, get crowded with serious patients, that this Urgent Care center is available and so great!!

Scheduled myself online before they opened and was seen quickly. I was tested for a few viruses and got immediate results l, positive with the flu, yay me! But other than how crappy i felt my visit was easy and I was able to get the medicine I needed right away! Staff was very kind at all times!

I was immediately created by Suri who assisted with the check in process. The waiting area is very clean and plenty of tissues and bottled water to make your time waiting more comfortable. I was taken back by a very caring medical assistant who took an inventory of my symptoms along with my vital signs. She along with NP Jacqueline Charbonneau were very caring and attentive. Given my symptoms I was quickly tested and prescribed medication and out the door all within 40 minutes—including the 20 minutes for the test results. Great experience!
