I would rate zero stars if it were possible. We called twice and asked for a quote on multiple policies. It's been several weeks and no return phone call. I found a wonderful brokerage elsewhere who were happy to insure my property, contents, ATVs, and two vehicles. I'd recommend calling somewhere else for your insurance needs. This company has terrible customer service and an even worse telephone manner which is absolutely shameful in such a small town.

Always have been friendly.
Originally had just motorcycle insurance through them, as I was insuring my ATV I asked the question about my car insurance and to my surprise ended up saving hundreds of dollars a year.
Have always been quick to respond to inquiries and very eager to provide advice.

Edit #2: Allan followed up regarding the previous edit, explained a bit of where a delay might of come from and apologized if it made me feel anxious about my cancellation. Would definitely recommend these guys if you're looking for insurance.

This company is horrendous! They make extremely basic clerical errors that they try to make their clients pay for. I found house insurance with Sonnet Insurance for half the price AD MacEachern charging. I was paying $900 and I now pay $400!!!

This company is full of crooks... they kept info from me, lied to me and tried to charge me 661 dollars a MONTH for car insureance told me there's no point in looking around because I wont get any better... the co-oparators insured me for 255$ monthly... absolute crooks... also laughed at me on the phone every time I said thank you for your help even tho they where ripping me off and lying to me.
