I guess I should’ve read the reviews first. True they’re really great when you’re first looking to buy and then once you’re done, they don’t care. I just bought a 2021 ram 2500 Cummins. I swear they never even looked at it to safety it. They sold it to me with two dead batteries, which they knew of. They skipped the required transmission & transfer case, front & rear diffs fluid changes. And sold it to me with broken u joints, ball joints, wind shield wipers and chipped, broken rear rotors, and barely no brake pads. And cracked front tires. I brought it to steele Chrysler for service and to fix these issues. The tech at steele Chrysler said he couldn’t believe that I received the vehicle like this and it was illegal and he would not safety it if it were him and that it would not pass safety.
Ended up being almost 6000$ in repairs in 30 days of owning it.

If you’re buying a vehicle from them, make sure all of the required maintenance has been done They didn’t do the service that was supposed to be done 5000 km before I bought it. Steele Chrysler contacted them. They agreed to pay for the transfer case and transmission fluid which was nice. And sent me a cheque for the batteries. Luckily extended warranty covered the u joints & ball joints. But now I’m out 1500$ for new rotors and pads since I received the truck with them destroyed. And 700$ for the diff fluid changes. And going in for the 3rd time to get things fixed on the truck that should’ve been corrected upon purchasing. Disappointed and will not be returning to this dealership

Bought a 2019 ram from them in december 2024. Within a few days I noticed a slight noise that I thought was tire noise. Was on my way to the States by then so I couldn't take the truck back. Got to the States and took it to a dealership there. They told me it was a wheel hub. Paid for them to change it but the noise didn't go away. Was in the States for the winter and the noise just kept getting worse. Had 3 people look at it and no one could figure it out. Back in nb now and noise is much louder. Now thinking it's the front differential bearing or something in the steering column.
I had called amherst when the wheel hub was replaced and the service guy told me he would talk to the manager and they'd call me back the following Monday.
Never happened.
So now I have to get the front diff bearing checked and the steering rack. If it is something in the steering I will be consulting a lawyer. Steering is part of a safety which they did in december.
It's true. They do not care about their customers once they have your money.

Bough a Jeep 2 door online 2016 had it delivered. My 10th Jeep. It has a lift 35 inch Tires. The jeep wasnt geared for those tires. Salesman Joe says it is clean. The Jeep was dusty and greasy in the back. The windows 2 only had a glue on them.
Amherst Chrystler put a charge on my bill 799 for care and warranty or some shit. I paid for 4 k in wareanty.
I emailed 3 weeks ago with my concerns no responce. Guess ill slide over to see them.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR MVI! Everything was great until they finished and advised me my vehicle failed and would need over 1000$ worth of repairs. I took my car into a different dealership and besides a bolt being “suspiciously loosened” they passed me. Sketchy place, stay away!

Absolutely terrible experience! The staff were very nice and polite before the sale, but once I bought the car, their true colours showed.

I discovered a crack in the windshield the same day, on my way back home after purchasing the vehicle. Due to rain at the time of purchase, I didn’t notice it initially, but upon reviewing photos and videos of the delivery time, it was clear the crack had been there all along. At first, they outright denied any knowledge of it. Only after escalating the issue did they admit they were aware of the problem, yet refused to do anything about it.

Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, making it evident they only care about making a sale. After that, you're on your own! If you value honesty, transparency, and good customer service, avoid this dealership at all costs. Even the manager doesn't care.

Go elsewhere—they’re not worth your time or money.

This was the best experience I have ever had in a purchase of anything in my entire life. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful going above and beyond to put me in the right vehicle. If you want a hassle free no pressure vehicle purchase. I highly recommend this dealership. They put me in my dream truck and I am grateful I chose them despite me being in another province. Thanks Joe and Jess you guys are top notch!
