The Marketing Laboratory was at its infant stage when I approached Anderson to set up digital capabilities that would increase the awareness of my company as well as generate interest from multinational clients in the B2B environment. I was interested in a long term relationship and continued digital support for my business.

Anderson tailored the solution to what I was looking for. I am running a small business operation with very few customers and employees. Complementary to the creation of a new website, Anderson also recommended effective digital communication tactics, such as the use of social media, where I was already professionally active.

I appreciate the workplan laid out for both of us to work on, in true collaboration. I was able to plan and organize my work as the project came to fruition and new content was being prepared to keep the momentum going for 3 months at the time.

I am not an expert in IT nor web design. Neither do I have the time to become an expert. Anderson took it one step at the time so that it all became feasible. I quickly realized this was not a project to be done in a rush. I took regular advice and had regular check-ins while both parties were moving forward and course corrected on the way.

We had regular face to face meetings after each milestone. We also spent enough time to understand the expectations of the project. It is also important what one does not require, so that everything becomes realistic within a fairly short time. My intention was not to set up a new Amazon capability, but rather a communication tool to generate interest and promote the expertise of the company.

I appreciate the professional advice from Anderson’s staff. With the limited time I had available for the project, I was able to provide just enough insights and content for the website to be kicked off on time.
The expectations from the project were mutually understood and the deliverables were realistic in the end.

Websites require new content on a regular basis if one wants to be highly visible. Copywriting of new items from interview with clients may be a valuable service to add, especially for SME’s that rely on external services and expertise in this area.

I would recommend Anderson to others without any doubt. They deliver on their promise and their expertise is very valuable. It is not just about delivering a website, but providing the service that supports its maintenance and its existence, a long term small investment to many professionals out there.
