Many thanks to the BMAS team for giving us a lovely walk in shower.
It was in response to pressure from our daughters that we looked into replacing the shower over the bath with a safer arrangement and went to BMAS for advice. From the first discussion with Leigh to the completion of the work 10 days later the whole process was perfectly managed and executed. As some of the existing pipes under the bath are running over the floor, the shower tray had to be raised up a little but this was no problem for the two installers. As well as excellent tradesmen, they worked impressively hard, were polite and cleaned up each day finally leaving us with the shower we are now very much enjoying.

Special in the team were Alan , Joiner and Willie , Plumber they spent most of there time on the project. Leigh was our BMAS adviser and we could not find fault with her recommendations and planning. Finished job was completed on time and it has been admired by us and family. Highly Recommend.

Brilliant Service
We are delighted with my father's new bathroom. BMAS staff were friendly and efficient, designing and creating a new bathroom that fits Dad's needs perfectly. The fitting is to a very high standard and was carried out with care taken to minimise any disruption. Safety was a big issue before we contacted BMAS but Dad can now use his bathroom with confidence and ease.

From start to finish, our experience with BMAS was fantastic. The entire team were efficient, friendly, professional, understanding and caring.

Arranging the appointment was easy and when Colin came to visit us, he really took a lot of time to explain what was possible and made recommendations to suit my parent's needs. He made sure that mum and dad were totally comfortable with what we were discussing and totally put them at ease.

The 2 Peters that did the installation worked tirelessly and I was amazed at how much they achieved with minimal disruption and efficiency. During the course of the installation, a few issues cropped up - but they were not phased in the least and went ahead to fix the issues before installing the wet room. Their skill was always apparent and it was very clear that they take a lot of pride in completing a job to a high standard.

Having a wet room installed had the potential to be a major stress and worry for my mum and dad, but BMAS took all that worry away and left them with a wonderful bathroom that works brilliantly for them and finished to a very high standard.

Had BMAS install my wet room almost 3 years ago ,top class job carried out, noticed a small flaw with the floor last month, called the BMAS office to report this, within a few days they had a fitter attend the house to check the issue out. 1 week later they had the floor replaced. The after sales service is 1st class, great company, very professional work force, would highly recommend BMAS to anyone thinking about installing a wet room in their property.

From the first contact - we completed an on-form and were called within 15 minutes - the service we received from BMAS was outstanding! Our sales lady Leigh visited us and after a trip to the showroom to choose our fittings she returned and double checked all the measurements and firmed up our quote! Initially we were changing our ensuite shower room into a wet room and we could not be happier with the result. We now have a safe place for showering with no high steps to negotiate. It was then a no brainer to ask them to do our main bathroom.
Both bathrooms were done by the same team and the workmanship is second to none. Both bathrooms were completed within the time frame quoted and the house was kept clean and tidy at all times.

My wife has a serious illness and was in hospital and in order to allow her to return home it was necessary to change the bathroom from a bath to a wet room to be able to provide bathing.
The physio department in the hospital had a list of recommended installation companies of which BMAS was on that list.
I phoned up on the 14th March and spoke to Nicola and she informed me that there was a slot available on the 28th March. Colin from BMAS arrived the following day carried out a thorough survey and work commenced as stated on the 28th March with Jim and Martin the installation experts arriving at 08.00 of that morning. The professionalism and work ethic of these two gentlemen was fantastic and they transformed the old and tired bathroom in 4 days and kept me informed throughout the whole installation work. I was told on the 30th March that the floor installers would be fitting the floor on the morning of 31st March and the electrician would follow to carry out the electrical work after the floor was installed. Jim and Martin then finished off the installation and completely cleaned up to the point that I had virtually no cleaning to do myself.
From initial phone call to completion of the work to a very high standard took less than 3 weeks a credit to BMAS and to the installation team with special mention of Jim and Martin.
When I took the photos of the installation to my wife in hospital she had tears in her eyes she was so happy that she would be able to come home.

We are delighted with the finished room, so wanted to acknowledge BMAS for their workmanship and excellent customer care. Colin went well beyond what was required and what we had expected.
