Stuck on a bus for 10ths due to a road closure. Not the bus company’s fault, however, they refused to give us our luggage back, so we can take alternative transport, even though we were 10 min away from a train station. The driver did not make any comfort stops for hours! Driving for that long is surely a violation of a safety law of some sort. Totally irresponsible! Should not be travelling with them again.

Only used it once, a single from Les Deux Alpes to Grenoble airport, but I was impressed with the service. Updates via email ensured that we had accurate details for the pick up. Everything ran to time and the coach was top quality, making the whole experience excellent value for money. I was also pleased to see that they are running the service as carbon neutral. Great work guys.

We used Bens in Jan and Mar 2024 to and from Alpe d'Huez from Grenoble airport. We used them in 2023 too. It's a simple, cost-effective service that works. We have already booked our transfers for January and March 2025. We love ADH and as long as we keep going there we will continue to use this service. Communication is very good. Changing your booking is simple - I always pay the little bit extra as Easyjet seem to change flight times a lot.
Keep up the good work Ben - we hope to e using this service for many years to come.

Used Ben’s Bus to travel to Tignes from Lyon for a ski trip. Everything went very smoothly - buses easy to find and quick check in process with friendly staff. Allow lots of time to travel to resort during day time - our bus hit a lot of traffic and took almost seven hours on the way there!

Alex and the team were so helpful helping me despite massive delays. I was reassured every so often that i could be placed on other coaches, meaning i didn’t feel the potential to be stranded in the airport. The coach driver Eric was also so lovely and helpful. MASSIVE 5 STARS from me!!!

The bus left Geneva 30 mins late. The toilet onboard was locked. The bus wouldn’t stop for a toilet break. We stopped at Moûtiers and then had to wait another 30 mins for a smaller bus up the mountain. The lady driving this bus was rude and unprofessional. At first she didn’t even want to take us! The were only four of us onboard and three of us wanted to get off at the bottom of la plagne 1800 but she insisted in dropping us at the top so we had to walk for 15 mins with all of our stuff. The other passenger went to a different village so this didn’t make any sense.
