My experience from a visit to Victor Paris to browse then meet Bobby from Beyond the Level was seamless and first class. I was treated with respect and dignity around my personal requirements for the complete renovation of my bathroom. Everything that was said happened! The design to finish was explained clearly and the outcome was the promise that was made "we will give you the best". The Beyond the Level team is an amazing outfit. Bobby and his team at Beyond The Level are nothing but the best at what they do. They have done x3 bathrooms for me, both in my house and office. Each job was done with the same high standards, well organised and efficient. Each job was started & finished in 7 days so for me this is worth every penny to have no inconvenience plus have a fantastic job at the end. In this day & age it’s very hard to find people to rely on but I can assure you, you can trust Bobby & his team. ⭐️

The bathroom has been completely refurbished and I’m delighted with the result. Bobby produced a layout in line with my preferences and was helpful in choosing the colour scheme and fittings. The project was completed very efficiently and I have huge respect for the care and attention from Lazlo and his team who worked long hours. And there was nothing to clear up afterwards. Brilliant!

Both myself and Wife were very impressed with Bobby and his Team, from first meet to completion of refurbished bathrooms. His pleasant manner, and knowledgable ideas, were very encouraging. As the work progressed on schedule, it was apparent that the Team, led by Laszlo, were very experienced, and communicated well.

We were extremely pleased with our recent installation of a mobility bathroom. We were anxious to get a toilet installed on the bottom floor of our house. This presented a number of logistical and plumbing problems to solve. Bobby was happy to meet these challenges and organized all the work, ordered all the accessories (all chosen from an impressive showroom) and brought in the needed specialists from the pipe borers to the architect for the building warrant. The architect was particularly important for ensuring the project met the standards for mobility access. There were no delays during the building work, the work started on the agreed date and was finished on the projected finishing date. Much of this was due to the brilliant crew led by Lazlo, who kept us informed throughout the project and left us with a beautiful ground floor loo. Five star quality and five star service.

Bobby and team have just completed an installation for my elderly and infirm parents. Bobby has a wealth of knowledge in accessible areas, he made suggestions that we had never even thought of and ensured we were involved in every step of the process. The work was carried out by Lazlo, his attention to detail in his work standard and in clearing up afterwards is second to none. My parents are absolutely delighted with Beyond the Level and feel so much more confident in using their bathroom. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a 5 star job to be carried out.

We have had our renovated bathroom for just over a week now, and a I have a single word to sum up the whole experience.
FANTASTIC!
My wife knew what she wanted from a new bathroom and Bobby helped her get there, he optimised everything, space layout, options, hardware, what can and can't be done and then promised an amazing job from his team.
Well.
He and his team delivered, on time, no dramas, a perfect finish and NO MESS. This is a huge job, done properly.
This isn't just about Bobby, it's the whole team he has working with him.
We are over the moon with the finished project, and cannot believe the attention to detail and quality of delivery from Bobby and the whole team.
