Cashier girls were good but Tammy she is so rude she don’t know the meaning of customer service. I don’t know how they make her supervisor but she even doesn’t deserve an associate position.

We're in Amherst for the weekend and I was on the hunt for scrubs. There were 2 people at the cash and 4 other people in the store, including myself. I called ahead and spoke with Cindy, she was incredibly helpful. Upon arrival I said hello to Cindy and thanked her again for her help over the phone. When it came time for me to inquire about a specific item, I found Tommy on the floor. As she left the cash and walked down the aisle into my direction, I stopped her to ask her a question, she kept walking and didn't stop to let me know she will be right back, she just carried on walking away from me, with her back towards me while she was she was talk indicating that she will be back to look online for me. I waited for her return and she walked past me twice while I was waiting for her in the scrubs aisle. Upon the second attempt to ask her for help, she stopped, absolutely disinterested in helping me. I asked if she could please search for a specific item online and she looked at me shaking her head as to imply... "why don't you look online yourself"... she opened her work handheld search tool with disregard still shaking her head as though I was interrupting her. I felt dismissed and I have never ever been treated so poorly by anyone in any store, anywhere in the world. I'm disgusted by her sense of self and not allowing a customer to ask for her help. When I realize what was happening I apologized for asking her a second time for help, and she did not stop me nor did she realize that I could see her disinterest in helping me. Since when does any customer representative of Marks Warehouse not serve clients? I petition and call on Head office to contact me directly with a written apology from Tommy herself, and for further corporate disciplinary action to proceed. I could have left a much different review on this store but I believe Tommy's attitude and service does not even warrant 1 start.

Girls were pleasant and helpful that work there. I didn't know they had a sale on men's shoes. So they told us if you buy one you get the second pair for half price. So they did great! Up sale and we were able to get a good deal

Great service, got rubber boots there that had split open about 3 weeks after purchase and they allowed a swap without receipt, we were able to pull up our information through our Canadian Tire points card.

I have been buying work gear at Mark's for several years, for me, my man, and several xmas gifts. From Alberta to Nova Scotia and the store in Amherst is the worst i have ever dealt with throughout the country. The service is always extremely rude and unprofessional. They are always pissy if you need a size or to return something. Worse shopping experience ever, year after year. Very dissapointing for the amount of money we spend there. Shame on that store to represent a Mark's store that is very good anywhere else.

Cold staff. Wasn't greeted or helped at all. Work boots for women is extremely limited. Cashier was the first employee I spoke to and she was a bit off. Did not feel welcome in this store at all.
