Great prices, great service, great furniture. We went in yesterday to pick out a couch. The lady helping was super nice and extremely helpful. She showed us everything we asked to see in person. We were able to quickly pick out the perfect couch quickly and easily. It was delivered this morning, and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. The two delivery guys were extremely nice and very knowledgeable about the products they are bringing into your home. We will be back in the future for any of our furniture needs!!!

Edit: For the reply from the company - There is absolutely no reason the employee has to follow me around the entire time, less than 5 feet away from me, in a space that's maybe 500sqft under the guise of waiting to answer a question when I could've easily asked a question and been heard all across the store, especially after I ALREADY ANSWERED that I was browsing the decorations and would like to just look. The "excessive approach" of following and creeping around objects to peek at customers is straight up weird. Just because the company refuses to admit its fault here, I will definitely never return and suggest others do the same.

Went into to browse for decorations for my new home that I purchased, was just going in for a quick trip to grab some things and when I entered I was greeted politely. Everything was fine until I noticed that that same employee (maybe the owner) followed me and watched me like a hawk assuming I was going to steal as I browsed the decorations. Not really fair treatment for a first time customer coming in to spend my money that I work hard to earn. I ended up buying about 70$ worth of items and will never return due to this treatment. Maybe it's because of what I was wearing as I was wearing casual summer clothes but either way it's not the right way to treat people coming in to spend their money on your wares. Leaves a bitter taste in the mouth.

Went there when our 13 year old front load washer self destructed on Sunday to look for a new set on Monday and had it delivered on Wednesday, right on time! Delivery guys were awesome, had us up and running in short order even through the challenges of the laundry room being on the second floor with a safety tub to deal with, they did a great job. Love our new Whirlpool stacked washer and dryer set.

Edit. Tried calling to explain my frustration with being offered a chq instead of getting the funds back on the credit card which was how it was purchased and was met with Mr Sears being very defensive and dismissive. So much for trying to fix the issue. Instead I get to waste more time and money to deposit a chq to the credit card and wait for it to show up. Oh and he told me it was my fault for not measuring and no other store would be upfront with the restocking fee either! Oh and I should be grateful for paying for the couch and having them hold it until we closed 🙄

Super disappointed they weren’t upfront about their restocking fee when we purchased things for our home we hadn’t taken possession of yet. Had we know we would have structured the purchase differently. We were trying to keep it local but will not be back.

Price was outstanding and it really is quite snazzy, I must say. Lots of great features.

My husband, Richard and I were looking for a new rocker recliner. Thank you to Justin who helped us find exactly what we wanted. We purchased a beautiful chair and had it delivered in an hour. Exceptional service and a beautiful store!
