Almost a year ago my son died suddenly without a Will or Power of Attorney. Waterstone guided me through the complicated process of obtaining Administrative Authority from the Courts so I could sell his Condo and deal with his Estate. They provided a Trust Account for his funds, ensured all debtors were paid upon the Condo sale and handled all of the legal issues professionally and successfully. The whole process took 11 months.
