A good place to class as " used to work there". Google wanted a review. Treament of injured workers needed some upgrades. Since they were bought out, this may be moot.

I wish i can do 0 stars, even then it will be too much. These guys are the worst at managing.
Last year they were fixing elevators which took about a year and had no gym facility or the guest room in the meantime to use (which we pay in our rent), this year the AC broke in the middle of heat wave and its been over a week. I called to inquire and the guy on phone said they will start working next week.
So we are supposed to roast in our apartments for over 2 week? They want to charge on everything a tenant does but wont fix their issue.
Worst company to deal with.

My stay at 33 Apartment is thoroughly disappointing due to unresolved maintenance and AC issue. Despite repeated complaints to management, the maintenance team seemed unresponsive, leaving us without help for days and allowing other minor issues to linger unresolved. Overall, the lack of attention to these basic amenities made my experience at 33 Apartment far from satisfactory.

Hi, I was renting Apt 207 at Hilltop Tower in Prince Albert , I had the worst experience during my 1.5 years of stay there , my lease was expired on Aug 15th and I requested to over stay for 15 days / 1 month without committing a lease and I vacated the apartment on Aug 30th, today I went to the office to ask about refund, the receptionist informed me that I have to pay for Sept since they extended my lease for one more month without even informing me , The director Augustine so pathetic staff , first he harassed me for all the bad maintenance service during my 1.5 years stay with Weidner , forced us to stay with blockage and pest numerous times , nd now despite the fact, that I left the apartment on Aug 30th , without my consent he extended my lease for the month of Sept and he is harassing me to pay for the month of Sept as well, what a pathetic director hired by Weidner, just because of his unprofessional attitude, all the staff has become the same , I am gonna take a legal action for all this harassment by the director Augustine at the PA Weidner. He should be fired immediately,

Terrible housing company. Terrible upkeep to their apartments. But now, Weiner has been bought out by another company in PA: Wingspan. Hopefully, they're a better housing company.

I would give it a 0 star if I can. This place has no maintenance at all and I doubt no one is working in the office neither. I called the office 1 month ago to get my phone number attach to the main door lock system so that my delivery can enter into the apartment without having a key. They promised me to get this done before the end of the week but when I tried to let my Amazon delivery in today and it’s still not working.

If you want peace in your life and good place to live, never come to Weidner apartments. If you got any trouble. There is no way to contact them. Doesn’t matter whats your emergency is, you have to deal with it by yourself. You always gonna find homeless people sleeping right in front of your apartment door. There is no number for security. If you wanna call maintenance guy or site manager, no one gonna answer it. So be careful

Hey everyone, hope You’re having a wonderful day.
If you’re looking for accommodations in Prince Albert, Weidner Apartments is one of the best option you can find in the city.
It service and commitment with their clients it’s exceptional.
Just moved to Canada from Chile and the process to get my apartment keys was very fast.
On the other hand, talking about my apartment, I have nothing to say, when I got my place, it was clean, everything is working nice and the neighbors are very quiet.
Thanks to the Weidner Apartment team, you guys are the best of the best!
