Affreuse expérience. Avons commandé un plat (normalement des nouilles sautées aux légumes et poulet) et on nous a servi une sorte de "chou chinois" chaud avec quelques morceaux de poulet. N'a rien voulu savoir quant à nos remarques prétextant que (je cite) "les gens d'ici savent bien ce que c'est " ... cela ne correspond au nom indiqué partout ailleurs dans le monde .... Fuyez !

We placed an order ahead of time and then when we showed up had to wait an hour for our food. We called the day before saying when we needed to pick up food for an event. Unacceptable. People working were rude and did not offer anything given the insane wait time. The food was not great either. Would not recommend to anyone.

Overall a good restaurant. It was very clean inside. The server was quick and courteous.

Parking is good for the location.

Food. It was overall tasty.

We had the combos with the egg drop soup.

The soup was nice, freshly made. The cabbage had a mild crunch and the flavor was as expected with portion being enough to split with another.

The combos were with chicken balls and chicken Gai Ding. With fried rice and egg rolls.

The fried rice portion was good. It was a basic one with chicken chunks fried with soy sauce.

The chicken balls were pretty great. The outter shell of batter was crispy and the chicken inside was a decent size. The sweet and sour sauce was as expected.

Finally the Chicken Gai Ding was ok. The porportions of chicken was low for this one. The sauces and veggies were flavorful and well cooked though.

When I am in town I always make sure to order from here as the food is always absolutely fresh and delicious. There is dine in seating or take out whichever you prefer with wheelchair accessible entrance and free parking. Staff is very friendly and efficient, with minimal wait times. Calling ahead for pick up is an excellent 👌 option if you don't want to wait .

Dine in or takeout available. My fiancé and I decided to eat in. Friendly staff. Terrible food !!!! We both ordered combo dishes. Washroom was filthy. Food was prepared before we arrived and reheated, unevenly I might add. Chow mein was sickeningly sweet with sugar crystals undissolved on my plate, chicken fried rice was flavourless and had a plastic texture. - we will not be returning to Woo’s restaurant .

Excellent food, and they answer the phone! Tried this place when I could not get an order in at other spot. I was pleased to discover that the food here is great. It's my new go-to spot in Amherst for Chinese food.
